The episode functions to introduce us to Kara Zor-El, Superman’s cousin who has been brought in by the Danvers family. As she learns of her new superpowers and trains to use them, Kara finds herself facing off with Vartox. As Mike shatters the beer glass, there is no other glass seen on the table. However, in the very next shot, an unbroken drinking glass suddenly appears at the edge of the table. In the very next shot, the glass is once again missing. We know the episode is called Changing, but that’s a bit much!

In the episode Supergirl Lives directed by Kevin Smith, there is a glaring continuity error found just as Kara and Winn near a time portal.

Just as Kara and Winn are evading the alien quarters, they dash their way toward the time portal. Just as Winn activates the portal, he immediately jumps through the hole. However, moments later we see Kara receive help from a kind alien, we see Winn standing behind Kara once again. 10 Continuity Errors In Supergirl

In the penultimate chapter of season 3, Make it Reign, a distracting continuity mistake can be seen in regards to one of Winn’s sketches.

Indeed, as Supergirl and crew set out to thwart Selena’s scheme to destroy Earth, Winn begins constructing designs for a new shield. But if you look closely, the design of the shield alters quite drastically between shots. From the moment he begins drawing to the moment he shows his friend the result, the entire geometry of the shield has changed.

1 Vanishing Arrows (S5E9)

Oliver Queen, aka The Green Arrow, is known for making enemies disappear in a quick hurry. He’s not known for making his trusty quiver of weapons disappear in kind!

And yet, during the ninth frame of season 5, Arrow does precisely this. At the end of the show, Arrow makes a stand with a quiver brimming with arrows. However, as soon as a demon sneaks up and knocks Oliver down, his bounty of arrows suddenly vanishes. No, they don’t spill to floor as you might think, they completely disappear!
