10 Disney Princes Sorted Into Their Game Of Thrones Houses

The Game of Thrones universe may be a little brutal for these Disney princes, but we’re still curious as to which houses they’d be sorted into.

It’s highly unlikely that there would ever be a cross over between Disney and Game of Thrones. While the former is all about fantasy, magic, and happy endings, the latter tends to revolve around graphic violence, miserable characters, and unhappy endings. But if the two worlds were to ever merge, the Disney characters would have to be sorted into the many houses of the Seven Kingdoms.

The houses in the Game of Thrones universe are typically linked to particular personality and physical traits, many of which the Disney princes embody. Keep reading to find out what GoT house the Disney princes would belong to.

10 Simba: House Targaryen

Before he takes his father’s place as King of the Pride Lands, Simba is a certified Disney prince. And if he lived in the world of Game of Thrones, he would belong to House Targaryen. While he lacks the madness and white-silver hair that tends to run through the family’s veins, he does align with their inappropriate family relationships.

Simba falls in love with Nala, who is probably one of his relatives considering Mufasa and Scar are the only male lions in the Pride Lands. And considering their history, the Targaryens would probably be okay with this.

9 Prince Phillip: House Tyrell

Prince Phillip from Sleeping Beauty is one of the earlier 20th-century Disney princes which means he doesn’t have the most complex personality. That said, we can tell that he is ambitious, considering he takes on the forest of thorns and Maleficent in dragon form to save Princess Aurora. For this reason, he would probably fit well into House Tyrell.

House Tyrell is known for its ambition and for always making intelligent moves to play the game of thrones well and end up with power. They also typically have brown eyes and brown hair, just like Prince Phillip.

8 Aladdin: House Baratheon

Aladdin starts off as a lowly commoner, but he technically becomes a prince with the help of the genie, and then later by marriage to Princess Jasmine. Something tells us he would thrive in the Seven Kingdoms, if for no other reason than the fact that he’s street smart.

The family that Aladdin would most likely belong to would be House Baratheon. Although physically Aladdin doesn’t resemble any of the Baratheons, he is stubborn and headstrong like all of them.

7 Prince Adam (The Beast): House Clegane

In terms of appearance, you could make the argument that Prince Adam from Beauty and the Beast would belong to House Clegane of the Westerlands. Both Ser Sandor and Ser Gregor are huge men with beast-like strength, so the connection is definitely there.

At the beginning of his story, Prince Adam, or the Beast, is unkind and selfish. But by the end, he becomes caring and affectionate. While Ser Sandor never quite becomes affectionate, he does warm a lot over the series.

6 Prince Florian: House Tully

As the first Disney prince, Prince Florian from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs is much less developed than the other Disney princes. He has very few lines and only has a few moments of screen time. His full name doesn’t even appear in the credits! With so little information about his personality, it’s difficult to place him in any Game of Thrones house, but we can make the connection between Prince Florian and House Tully.

The prince has attractive high cheekbones, and members of House Tully are described in the books as having high cheekbones. In some images, the prince’s hair also looks auburn enough to fit in with the Tully family.

5 Prince Charming: House Lannister

With a name like Prince Charming, Cinderella’s soulmate could only ever fit into one Game of Thrones house: House Lannister. The attractive family members are also arrogant enough to possibly call one of their children “Charming.”

Prince Charming comes from the richest family in the land and has a dream castle to offer his bride. The patriarch of the family also wants to marry off his son and plans a ball to get things going. If this doesn’t resemble the Lannisters, then we don’t know what does!

4 Prince Naveen: House Arryn

Prince Naveen appears in 2009’s The Frog Princess. He is the arrogant prince of the fictional Maldonia and is charming and handsome, despite being full of himself. There are quite a few houses throughout the Seven Kingdoms that are guilty of being arrogant and prideful, perhaps none so much as House Arryn.

Having spent his whole life being waited on, Prince Naveen is spoiled and entitled. The Arryns have a reputation for this, so Naveen would probably fit in quite well with them.

3 Kristoff: House Stark

Kristoff doesn’t start off as a prince, but it’s implied that he becomes one after marrying Anna. It’s pretty clear that if Kristoff were to live in the world of Game of Thrones, he would be part of House Stark.

The most obvious connection between them is the ability to thrive in a wintry environment. The Starks are more than prepared for winter, and Kristoff is also more comfortable than most people would be in the snow. Kristoff is also honorable and trustworthy, just like the Starks.

2 Prince Eric: House Targaryen

If Prince Eric were created by George R.R. Martin, it’s likely that he would have been put into House Targaryen. He doesn’t have the hair color to match the notorious house, nor does he have the apparent madness or the affinity with dragons. But he does have the beauty that seems to run down the family line.

There’s no question that Daenerys is beautiful, and Cersei believes that Rhaegar was the only man more handsome than Jaime. While all the Disney princes are handsome, Prince Eric is often thought of as the best-looking thanks to his black locks and blue eyes.

1 Dimitri: House Tyrell

Since Disney took over Fox, the Anastasia characters technically came under Disney control. And after marrying Anya, Dimitri would be the prince consort of Russia. Although he shows his true genuine colors eventually, Dimitri begins as a con artist who uses people to get ahead. This is something that makes him an ideal candidate for House Tyrell.

House Tyrell tries to align itself with whoever is in power. Dimitri operates a little differently, conning the people in power to make money. But both use cunning to move closer to their goals.
