A High-Res Look at the Justice League LEGO Sets
High-res images emerge of the Justice League DCEU movie’s LEGO sets, which includes toy versions of Aquaman and the villain Steppenwolf.

We’ve gotten our first high-res look at the LEGO sets for Justice League coming out later this year. Those sets, along with their descriptions, offer some hints as to what we can expect to see in the film. With each set showing each member of the League, we also get a glimpse of the film’s villain, Steppenwolf (played by CiarĂ¡n Hinds). The three sets we see here are ‘Battle of Atlantis’, ‘Knightcrawler Attack’ and the ‘Flying Fox Attack’. All of these are presumably based on scenes in the movie.
The Justice League trailer offers a glimpse of a big mechanical beast piloted by Batman (Ben Affleck), among other things. That has also been adapted into a LEGO set, called the ‘Knightcrawler Attack’. The four-armed vehicle has tank tracks and four posable limbs. Accompanied by a minifigure of The Flash (Ezra Miller), Batman’s able to sit in and pilot the giant vehicle. It also comes with two Parademon figures, as well as another Motherbox. The ‘Knightcrawler Attack’ set is a little more expensive, for $49.99.
‘Battle of Atlantis’ obviously builds a portion of the underwater city, with Arthur Curry/Aquaman (Jason Momoa) defending it from members of Steppenwolf/Darkseid’s Parademon army. The set includes the Aquaman minifigure and two Atlantean guards, along with a Parademon figure. The Atlantean heroes all have assorted weapons, as does the Parademon attacker. The set description shows that Atlantis has a Motherbox in their possession, and is on Steppenwolf’s hit-list for that reason. It will cost $19.99.

Finally, the ‘Flying Fox Attack’ is the biggest set to be announced and features Batman, Superman (Henry Cavill), Cyborg (Ray Fisher) and Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot). The ‘Flying Fox’ is another vehicle built by Batman that also holds the Batmobile, making this set the largest of the three. It can carry two of the minifigures in the cockpit, with an array of weapons attached to the front of the ship. In addition to further confirming Superman for Justice League, this set shows that Steppenwolf will be fighting the League on the ground and not just controlling Parademons. The Steppenwolf figure gives us an idea of how big the villain will be in the film, and he’s going to tower over the the League. This set is the most expensive of the three, costing $129.99
These sets give us an idea of what we can expect to see from several Justice League scenes. That said, it only expands on things already teased in the Justice League trailers and set visit reports. We already knew that Atlantis would play a role in Justice League and we’ve already seen the inside of the ‘Flying Fox’. It’s worth noting though, that LEGO sets have been known not to be accurate compared to the film, so don’t take these as concrete proof of what’s occurring in the film.
All these Justice League sets will be available to buy on August 1, three months ahead of the movie’s theatrical release date.
