A player of Animal Crossing: New Horizons has turned Apollo into the US President, creating a perfect replica of the Oval Office for the eagle villager. Players have been getting creative with room designs for villagers thanks to the recently-released Happy Home Paradise DLC, which gives users the chance to design holiday homes for Animal Crossing characters.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons received its last substantial base game update, alongside its first and last paid DLC, in November. Both the free and paid updates introduce a host of new items, features, and characters to aid builders with their creative designs, and the Happy Home DLC gives designers more freedom than ever before. The DLC introduces the ability to quickly and easily adjust rooms and furniture to design perfect Paradise Planning homes, without restrictions such as needing to have the right furniture, items, or trees for the job. Since its release, players have brought to life a host of unique and innovative builds and recreations, including impressive schools and stunning Animal Crossing restaurant designs.

Redditor FlickFlockBlock took to the Animal Crossing subreddit to share their impressive Oval Office recreation for Apollo, explaining they made their design choice as Apollo is “pretty much the symbol of America.” The user shows off a formal office, complete with the Presidential Resolute desk, and photographs not only of Apollo, but also of previous US presidents. A casual seating area shows where President Apollo will have his meetings, complete with a cup of coffee for guests Isabelle and Bob. The design has amassed over 1,000 upvotes from appreciative fans who also agree that the eagle villager is perhaps the most likely Presidential candidate in the Nintendo game.
