Elden Ring Gameplay Preview Start Times & How To Watch

With the 2022 release of Elden Ring quickly approaching, players eager for the newest addition to FromSoftware’s Souls-like series will be able to watch a 15-minute gameplay preview on November 4, 2021. Elden Ring has, for the most part, stayed tightly under wraps, and not much information has been released about the game’s content so far. This preview will give players the first glimpse of the long-awaited game from FromSoftware. Here’s how to watch and the start times for the Elden Ring gameplay preview.

The June 2021 gameplay trailer revealed several fights, combat mechanics, and a UI similar to that found in Dark Souls and Bloodborne. Players will also have the ability to ride a horse and traverse Elden Ring’s massive world, which will be bigger than that of the series’ previous games. While it is inspired by Dark Souls’ third-person RPG style, Elden Ring will feature an open world in a brand new dark-fantasy setting, promising to be unlike any of its predecessors.

In collaboration with A Song of Ice and Fire author George R. R. Martin, Elden Ring has been in production since the last Dark Souls 3 DLC was released in 2017. Now, in the final months before its release on February 25, 2022, fans will be able to see the game in action on the official Bandai Namco YouTube and Twitch channels. The start times for the Elden Ring gameplay preview on November 4 can be found below.

How To Watch The Elden Ring Gameplay Preview

The official Elden Ring Twitter announced that the gameplay preview will be streaming on both YouTube and Twitch starting November 4, 2021, at 3 PM CET / 7 AM PDT. For fans on the East Coast, the Elden Ring gameplay preview will be 10 AM ET, and fans in Japan can tune in at 11 PM JST. These channels will go live 15 minutes before the preview begins to start counting down.

According to the post, language subtitles will be available on YouTube. Fans tuning in to the YouTube stream can also set a reminder for when the preview countdown goes live, and the live chat has already begun. Fans who will be watching the Twitch stream can also enable notifications for the Bandai Namco channel to alert them of when the preview will begin. The gameplay preview for Elden Ring can be found on YouTube or below:

It’s unclear whether this preview will give players a glimpse at the beginning of Elden Ring or if it will feature content from further into the world. However, it will certainly give players enough to discuss in the final months before the game’s release. Elden Ring will be available on PS5, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
