On March 24, developer Mediatonic will once more let loose the Godzilla skin in Fall Guys’ in-game store, though it’s returning with a Spicy Variant.

Mediatonic is bringing back the fan-favorite Godzilla skin for Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout on March 24, though this time the costume boasts a “Spicy Variant.” The crew at Mediatonic originally teamed up with Godzilla franchise owner Toho late last fall, allowing fans to dress their jellybean characters in a suit resembling the iconic monster.

Godzilla’s costume only remained available in Fall Guys’ in-game store for a limited period of time. Thus, players who have discovered the inventive battle royale experience in recent months missed the thrill of running around an obstacle course while donning the monster’s scaly frame. Given the imminent release of the creature’s next big screen adventure in Godzilla vs Kong, there seems no better time than now to bring Godzilla back into the Fall Guys fold. Evidently, Mediatonic and Toho realized as much themselves.

On March 24, the recently released Season 4 update for Fall Guys will add a different Godzilla skin to the in-game storefront. Mediatonic announced the exciting news on the official Fall Guys Game Twitter page, letting fans know the costume will cost a total of 10 Crowns. An image of the “Spicy Variant” suit accompanied the post and showcased what essentially amounts to a flaming hot version of the beloved pop culture figure. How long the new skin will remain available is not yet known. As such, players who want access to the “Spicy Variant” of Godzilla would do well to grab the costume as soon as possible after it goes live in the Fall Guys store. Season 4 has introduced a slew of other additional skins, too, but that’t not all the new season of content brings to the table.

Fall Guys’ fourth season also debuted four-player Squads, a mode wherein friends can team up and try their hand at being the last group standing. Teamwork seems the key to success and proves rewarding to squads who survive until the end of the match. Notably, the rewards come in the form of prizes that each crew member earns as an individual.
