They should enter a zone called The Pillars and search for an NPC named Jannequinard. He can be found at the map coordinates X: 15.2, Y: 10.0. Speaking to him will grant access to the “Stairway to the Heavens” quest, which unlocks the Astrologian job’s questline in FFXIV.
