One of the biggest appeals to fans, when it came to the teen drama series Gossip Girl, was the relationships. There were struggles that focused on kids with their parents, there were friendships, there were peers at schools or work, and there were romantic love interests.

In the end, the show jumped forward into the future, revealing who all ended up with whom. Nate, however, who definitely had a way with the ladies, was shown flying solo, as he stepped off a jet and attended his friends’ wedding. Therefore, here are ten people he could/should have ended up with in this story!

10 Jenny Humphrey

Jenny always had a thing for Nate, and the two shared some flirty moments, as well as kissed. When Jenny had her meltdown, though, she left/was kicked out of New York, which was for the best really.

A few years of growing up and figuring herself out surely did Jenny some good, and it would not be surprising if her and Nate found their way to one another. After all, they were some of the only single people left in the main group and did have a connection.

9 Vanessa Abrams

Someone else that Nate was involved with from the main group was Vanessa. However, her not-so-great decisions and her distaste for the Upper East Side resulted in her moving away, too, as she was last spotted in Barcelona.

Since Nate was last seen on a plane, running his successful business, it would be easy for these two to have a long-distance relationship. Furthermore, Vanessa surely would like to be back home, where these two could give it another go.

8 Lola Rhodes

Lola came onto the scene, as it was revealed she was Serena’s actual cousin, and of course, Nate got with her, too! Like the others that have been listed so far, she left NYC, as well. As an actress, though, that could be a great place for her. Or maybe Nate would move to where she was, like LA. Perhaps they would be okay with the long-distance thing, as they both had busy schedules. Plus, it would have been neat for Nate and Serena to end up related to one another, since they were so close already!

7 Olivia Burke

For a hot second, Olivia Burke was on this show, and she was an actress who got romantically involved with Dan and who was played by Hilary Duff. It may have been weird for Nate to end up with one of his best friend’s ex-girlfriends, but Dan ended up with the woman of his dreams… He would be fine.

And this would be one very good-looking and powerful couple.

6 Bree Buckley

Up next is another ex, and that would be Bree Buckley; her political family was a rival to Nate’s political family, so their relationship did not work. However, time does the heart some good! These two were given the chance to mature and transform, and if they had come together during the time jump, they may have just made it work forever.

5 Alessandra Steele

When Dan became a published author, he had a publicist named Alessandra Steele. As a young, attractive and successful woman, she was another option for Nate. And she would have been helpful to his career, as he was running The Spectator and planning a mayoral run.

4 Sage Spence

At one point, Nate was with a younger woman named Sage Spence, who turned out to be the daughter of Serena’s boyfriend, Steven. Her age and attitude led her to make some very questionable decisions, but she seemed to really care for and respect Nate.

As with some others on this list, she may have just needed some growth before she became the person Nate needed in life!

3 Catherine Beaton, Duchess of Beaton

At another point, Nate was with an older woman named Catherine. They were having an affair, as Catherine was married to a lord and was also hooking up with her stepson, Marcus, who was dating Blair!

Yes, that was all very messy, but she surely did not end up with the lord or with Marcus. And since she and Nate had lots of fun together, maybe they were supposed to be an end result.

2 Penelope Shafai

Penelope was one of Blair’s minions, and out of all the minions that were featured over the years, she actually seemed like she had her stuff together, more than the rest. She came from a well-off family. She was beautiful. Her brains got her far. And her crush on Nate may have finally led to a happy ending.

They could have been very cute together, and he could have done far worse!

1 Ursula

When Serena was working with KC Cunningham, she had a client, Ursula, who was an actress and who was portrayed by supermodel Tyra Banks. She was not part of the story for very long, but imagine if this was the person Nate ended up with… They would be almost too gorgeous to handle.
