Castle Grayskull from He-Man and the Masters of the Universe and Barbie’s Dreamhouse are both listed for sale on Rocket Homes.

Real estate agency Rocket Homes partnered with Mattel for a commercial that aired during Super Bowl LVI, which featured both Castle Grayskull and The Barbie Dreamhouse, to illustrate the perils of owning a home. Both properties are owned by Mattel, with the company celebrating both the 60th anniversary of Barbie and the 40th anniversary of He-Man this year.

Rocket Homes’ Super Bowl commercial starred Anna Kendrick and was meant to showcase the Rocket Homes and Rocket Mortgages app. The ad featured both He-Man and Skeletor in their less-than-ideal home, Castle Grayskull, which was compared to Barbie’s idyllic Dream House.

The Barbie Dreamhouse, located at 219 Malibu Way, is available for $225. Listed as “the former home of one of Los Angeles, California’s biggest celebrities,” the Malibu home was built in 1962 and comes with one bedroom, one bathroom, an elevator, a pool, one pink slide and a puppy play area. As for its features, the single-family home is up to Barbie’s highest standards and includes private parking, “jaw-dropping” views, and is heated to exactly “72 and sunny” but cooled by a “natural ocean breeze.” The Dreamhouse also comes with lush green grass, a puppy slide, a rooftop deck and a third-floor balcony.

One of Barbie’s “nearby neighbors,” according to Rocket Homes, is Castle Grayskull, located at Mystery and Power Rd. in Eternos, Eternia. For the price of $79.99, Castle Grayskull includes eight rooms, one gold throne, a sword holder and a castle flag. Also built in 1962, the castle includes jaw bridge parking, a stone hearth, “ample drafts in all rooms” and for the view, “purple-rocked landscapes and stunning lightning storms.”

According to the description, Castle Grayskull includes “an ancient laboratory, throne room, mirror room and Chamber of Portals” for easy access to “adjacent dimensions,” as well as a dishwasher, dryer, microwave and boiling cauldron.

The Castle Grayskull toy set was created by Donald F. Glut and Roger Sweet and is a central location in the Masters of the Universe franchise, which spans toys, comics and an animated series. It was first released by Mattel in 1982 and was one of the company’s most famous playsets. The Masters of the Universe franchise recently saw a new animated series on Netflix, Kevin Smith’s Masters of the Universe: Revelation, which was meant to be a sequel to the original series from the 1980s.

As for The Barbie Dreamhouse, the first version of the playhouse originally debuted in 1962, but has been routinely updated over the last 75 years to reflect the style of each decade. Mattel’s three-story Dreamhouse was released in 1983. A Barbie film is currently in the works with Margot Robbie as the titular doll and Ryan Gosling as Ken, though the film does not yet have a release date.
