Leslie Louise Bibb, the North Dakota born 45-year-old actress, is a well-known name in Hollywood. Having transitioned from modeling into an acting career, Bibb has starred in over thirty movies and has had a similarly eventful career on television. Despite sharing screen space with some of the most talented actors in Hollywood and the world, Bibb has successfully made her presence known with the roles that she has portrayed over the years.

It can be argued that some of her best roles are part of not-so-great films, but it cannot be denied that she is a dedicated actress who immerses herself in the art of acting. Having revived her role in the sequel The Babysitter: Killer Queen, and slated to star in Netflix’s Jupiter’s Legacy, in the role of Lady Liberty, taking a look at some of Bibb’s best works would be the proper way to assess the talents of this actress.

10 Katrina Ghent – Kings (2009)

NBC’s Kings saw Leslie Bibb take up the role of Katrina Ghent, a scheming socialite, and newly elected Minister of Information. With Kings, director Michael Green provides a modern take on the biblical tale of King David. Although Kings falls in the list of shows that got canceled after one season, it cannot be denied that the cast, including Bibb, delivered a stellar performance.

However, it can be argued that the sidelining of Katrina Ghent and the subplot of her marrying Prince Jack in a union of convenience was done prematurely and that her character arc could have been given further time to develop.

9 Kelly – A Good Old Fashioned Orgy (2011)

In this 2011 American comedy movie directed and written by Peter Huyck and Alex Gregory, Leslie Bibb finds herself starring as Kelly, a real estate agent and also the love interest of the film’s protagonist Eric (Jason Sudeikis). A Good Old Fashioned Orgy might sound like a cliched sex-comedy but it is pleasantly not so.

While there are parts with explicit dialogues and nudity, the orgy that has been planned as a “white trash bash” holds individual significance for each of the involved characters, and in that sense comes off as soberly humorous. Leslie Bibb plays the realtor’s assistant who has been tasked with selling Eric’s father’s summer house (the reason behind the orgy). She acts the role of the flirtatious Kelly that Eric is bound to fall for, to perfection.

8 Maya Jones – The Midnight Meat Train (2008)

Probably one of the most underrated yet brilliant performances in Bibb’s career, The Midnight Meat Train, manages to bring out the supporting girlfriend, as well as the anxious one in this Ryuhei Kitamura cult-classic. The film stars Vinnie Jones and Bradley Cooper. Leslie Bibb makes a lasting impression as well in this grotesque and gory tale of a mysterious killer on the subway.

Based on Clive Barker’s eponymous 1984 short story, the movie is one of the best Barker adaptations on the reel and casts Bibb perfectly. While it is not an Oscar-nominated performance in a horror movie, Bibb skillfully resonates with the energy and unmatched horror in the scenes that demand it, while sliding into a more poised and loving role of the ‘girlfriend’ when things in the storyline are not so bizarre.

7 Sarah Jane McKinney – Miss Nobody (2010)

Miss Nobody is an independent comedy film that first premiered at the Seattle International Film Festival of 2010. Directed by T. Abram Cox and co-produced by Bibb herself, the movie received glowing critical acclaim. It tells the story of Sarah Jane McKinney, an office secretary of affable nature. She learns that she has an uncanny talent for homicide and that her skills can prove to be a brilliant asset in furthering her corporate career.

At the 26th Boston Film Festival, Bibb won the Best Actress Award for her performance in Miss Nobody and Variety’s film-critic Alissa Simon even applauded her for being a smart actress who is ready to completely give herself up to fulfill a role’s potential.

6 Christine Everhart – Iron Man (2008)

While her role in the Iron Man films is far from pivotal and she only comes off as an ex-fling and a generic reporter from Vanity Fair Magazine, Bibb manages to make her mark in the short but sufficient screen time that she enjoys. Talking to Chuck The Movie Guy Bibb revealed how she loved the character of Christine Everhart and the love-hate relationship she shared with Downey Jr.’s Tony Stark. She also appreciated the passion that the character embodied and the fact that she is in a way Tony’s conscience brought to light.

While Iron Man 2 is by far Bibb’s greatest commercial success, grossing $621.8 million worldwide, it is the first movie in the series that is more impactful. It is hard to forget that iconic tête-à-tête with Gwyneth Paltrow’s Pepper Potts, giving life to one of the most memorable quotes from Iron Man.

5 Brooke McQueen – Popular (1999)

The role that brought Leslie Bibb to the world stage and catapulted her to stardom has to be WB Network’s drama-comedy Popular. Playing the character of Brooke McQueen, a quintessential high-school cheerleader, with remarkable aptitude, Leslie Bibb endears herself to teenagers as the most popular gal in Kennedy High School.

It was this role that helped Bibb land recognizable roles in movies and also won her the Television Choice Actress’ Teen Choice Award. She was also nominated as the Exciting New Face – Female for the Young Hollywood Award for her role in Popular.

4 Sarah Lowell – Law Abiding Citizen (2009)

F.Gary Gray’s 2009 vigilante action thriller Law Abiding Citizen, starring Jamie Foxx and Gerard Butler was a critical flop. However, Leslie Bibb manages to shine through the ludicrous plot and unnecessary explosions to deliver a powerful performance portraying the character of Sarah Lowell.

Playing Nick’s (Jamie Fox) assistant who gets murdered by Clyde (one of Gerard Butler’s most impressive roles), she serves as the character that reveals how Clyde has finally crossed the line in his quest for vengeance against a corrupt system. Bibb’s representation of Lowell is by far one of the most refreshing and redeemable aspects of Law Abiding Citizen.

3 Susan Rollins – Tag (2018)

Cast alongside the likes of Jeremy Renner, Ed Helms, and Rashida Jones, Leslie Bibb stars as Susan Rollins, the fiancé of Jerry (Renner), and delivers a humorous and refreshing performance in the 2018 comedy Tag. The story revolves around a group of friends who have been playing the game of Tag since childhood and while all the friends have been tagged one time or the other, Jerry has always evaded being tagged owing to his athleticism and cunning.

Playing the fiance who is in cohorts with her future husband’s plans of avoiding being tagged by his friends, Leslie Bibb is extremely fun to watch in the movie and steals the show with her entertaining banter and fraternal dynamics with Jerry’s friends.

2 Desiree Randolph – Wristcutters: A Love Story (2006)

Directed by Goran Dukic, Wristcutters: A Love Story is a black comedy that tells the story of people who have committed suicide and are stuck inside a limbo in the afterlife. Playing the role of Desiree Randolph, the ex-girlfriend of Zia (Patrick Fugit) and a cult-devotee, Bibb plays the character perfectly.

Portraying the unreasonable faith that most cult members have, Bibb, manages to eerily bring out an infatuated devotion to the cult leader, Messiah-King (Will Arnett). The movie has been lauded by critics; nominated for the best screenplay, and the best first feature in The Independent Spirit Award, as well as winning the best director award at the Seattle International Film Festival.

1 Carley Bobby – Talladega Nights: The Ballad Of Ricky Bobby (2006)

Leslie Bibb’s best role in cinema has to be the role of Carley Bobby, in the 2006 Adam McKay directed sports comedy Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby. Starring alongside the extremely talented Will Ferrell of Anchorman fame, Bibb is brilliant as the wife of the fictional yet legendary NASCAR driver Ricky Bobby(Ferrell).
