One of the longest-running and most popular reality TV series has finally finished recording its last episode. That’s right, Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ final season has come to an end, at least behind the curtains. And while people will get to say the final goodbye in the coming months, this was the last time the Kardashian-Jenner family members will see each other in the same show. This is why it resulted in a lot of emotional goodbyes.

While the idea of ending Keeping Up With The Kardashians has been brought up for some time in the last few seasons, the 2020 performance proved to be the final nail in finalizing those thoughts. Truth be told, the Kardashian family members are pretty popular people, and even if the show isn’t performing as it did a decade ago, it still has a strong fanbase. However, the family’s increasing monetary demands and the lower overall viewership proved to be too much for E! to handle. In the end, they decided not to keep up with the Kardashians and end the show in early 2021. At first, this was shocking to some fans, but this is what Kourtney Kardashian and Kylie Jenner have apparently wanted for some time.

However, just because some of the family members wanted to end the show doesn’t mean they won’t be sad about it. The family members, including Kim Kardashian West, shot the last few episodes for the 20th season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians recently. Things got a bit emotional. The family documented the last day, with Kim posting an Instagram story writing (via Fox News), “Last filming day of Keeping Up with The Kardashian’s EVER!” On the last few days of the shooting, the SKIMS founder took to her social media and posted many emotional memories and events of the day. She shared a video of Erin Paxton, who has been their audio tech for 14 years. She posted a video saying, “You guys, the last micing ever,” while she was standing next to her sisters and mother. Check out her IG story below reshared by @kardashianvideo:

She also posted an image of the lunch table decorated with roses. There were cookies decorated with the family member’s faces. In another story, Kim posted, “It’s a wrap! Not on the tears or drinks though.” The eldest sister, Kourtney, also posted a picture of her champagne-filled glass. She wrote, “GRATEFUL FOR EVERY SINGLE SECOND,” Khloe Kardashian tried to spread some positivity by posting “Happy Last Day!” written on her Starbucks cup.

Luckily for the Keeping Up With The Kardashians fans, this won’t be the last time they would see the family together. It was announced recently that the Keeping Up With The Kardashians stars have signed an exclusive deal with Hulu to create content for 2021. What kind of content would it be, is still not revealed.
