While exploring the picturesque town of Haven Springs in Chapter 2 of Life is Strange: True Colors, Alex has to visit the flower shop. She’s looking for more information on Mac, but notices something wrong with Eleanor.

A purple aura appears around the flower shop owner, and as Alex has an empathic supernatural power in the Life is Strange universe, she can feel Eleanor’s fear. To help her overcome this and progress with the story, Alex will need to ask the right questions and interact with the correct objects in a certain order.

After taking control of Alex again, head towards Eleanor at the counter. There are extra objects about the shop Alex can interact with for additional dialogue, but they can still be found after helping Eleanor in Life is Strange: True Colors.
