In November, Netflix will continue bringing spooky content along with the first wave of Christmas movies and TV shows, and will also welcome new documentaries, seasons of acclaimed series, and more. While many theaters around the world began to reopen amidst the coronavirus pandemic, they have been pushed to rethink their plans and even close once again. This has also made studios reorganize their schedules, opting to send some of their movies to streaming platforms instead of giving them a theatrical release in the near future. Netflix has been home to some of those movies, and it still has a lot of content to add in the coming months.
Last month saw the addition of classics like Cape Fear and Basic Instinct, the drama Her, Rob Zombie’s House of 1000 Corpses, the historical war drama Troy, and more. Among the original content Netflix brought in October are the rom-com series Emily in Paris, the comedy-horror movies Hubie Halloween and A Babysitter’s Guide To Monster Hunting, the reality documentary series Deaf U, the drama movie The Trial of the Chicago 7, and part 2 of Unsolved Mysteries. This month, the streaming giant will bring more horror content with Casper, Eli Roth’s Knock Knock, Prom Night, Stanley Kubrick’s classic A Clockwork Orange, the dystopian movie V for Vendetta, series like American Horror Story: 1984, and will kickstart the Christmas mood with A Christmas Catch and Christmas With A Prince.
As for original content, Netflix users will get to enjoy a variety of movies and TV shows, among those the return of Kurt Russell’s Santa Claus, season 4 of an acclaimed TV series chronicling the reign of Queen Elizabeth II, a documentary about a famous pop star, and a lot of Christmas movies and specials.
