Scavengers Winter Wonderland Festival Event Promises Free Reward

Scavengers is hosting a special Winter Wonderland Festival event all month long, offering players a new unlockable in-game reward and a plethora of other festive prizes every week. Developer Midwinter Entertainment’s online multiplayer battle royale/survival game hybrid has held a couple of big events since it launched title back in April, with the first being the massive-scale Scavengers ScabLab event in May.

Earlier today, Scavengers announced the new Scavengers Wonderland Festival event, a holiday-themed promotion that will last from the beginning of December until January 1st, 2022. There will be a new unlockable prize or contest every day of the event, starting with Midwinter Entertainment releasing some festive seasonal artwork today. Tomorrow will bring a look at some unrevealed Scavengers concept art, and on December 3 Midwinter will host a Community Game Night. December 4 will see the Scavengers Winter Wonderland Festival Sweepstakes, in which players can enter for a chance to win some exclusive VIP merchandise. Finally, players will be able to log onto Scavengers to obtain a special Salvage Gift Box on December 5.

Scavengers blends the PvPvE mechanics and character classes of multiplayer titles Apex Legends with limited supplies and a harsh virtual environment that tasks players with gathering research materials and withstanding the elements. Further Scavengers Wonderland Festival prizes, giveaways, and contests will be announced by Midwinter Entertainment every Sunday from now until the end of the event on January 1. In the meantime, players can log on to brave the elements and see who can make be the last Explorer standing in a 60-player battle for survival.
