Spies are one of the better operation classes available in Watch Dogs: Legion. This guide will help players locate and recruit the best ones hidden around London. A large part of the Watch Dogs: Legion experience comes from recruiting NPCs all around the city. In this title, players are able to recruit over 9 million different NPC characters to join the cause. Each character comes along with their own skillset, backstory, and name. Not only that but there are certain characters come with better perks and abilities when compared to others. Spies come equipped with their own silenced pistol making it easier to take down enemies without being seen. Here’s where players can find and recruit them.

Watch Dogs: Legion takes place in a dystopian version of London, where every corner is covered with security drones and cameras, closely watching the citizens every move. DedSec, the main hacking organization in the group is searching for the cause of terrorist attacks happening around the city as they have been falsely blamed. Similar to other Watch Dogs entries, players will need to use their hacking skills to break into builds, sneak around vents, take control of the cities infrastructure, and solve the mystery of who is behind all of these attacks. Spies are excellent operatives to recruit for this mission. This guide will show a few places around London where players can find them.

Where To Find Spies in Watch Dogs: Legion

There are three major locations in the city where players can find Spies to recruit. A sure-fire way to make sure that they are a Spy is if they are standing next to their beautiful cars. Here’s where players can find them.

• The Tower of London Entrance: City of London: A key location in the city. Right before moving into the next area at the bottom left-hand location on the map. There will be a tourist entrance. The Spy can be found standing around in front of Staroger’s Coffee Shop.
• Westminister Bridge: Lambeth: Located to the South of the bridge on the southern end. There will be an archway with “Caramont” on top of it. Head inside to find the Spy standing next to its car. If they don’t appear, come back in the morning.
• Tower Hamlets: Burger Shop: To the south of Tower Hamlets, the player will find a Burger Shop with the Spy standing by.

To collect any of these, approach them and scan to recruit. They are an excellent addition to any player’s roster of revolutionaries.
