The Office US is the American version of a British sitcom by the same name. Although it had a rocky start, this TV mockumentary series eventually transformed casual viewers into loyal fans. Michael has various personas that he employs when he wants to get a point across or just to have some fun. “Prison Mike” likens real-life prison to Azkaban in the Harry Potter series, where dementors run amok and suck the souls of the living.

Ryan gets romantically involved with Kelly, which leads to one of the most twisted and toxic relationships in The Office.

An on-again-off-again type of intense passion wanes and waxes between Ryan and Kelly. They both have fantastical ideas of love and expectations from their partners. They’re often voicing their feelings for each other in weird ways, much like the above quote.

Dwight has a strong sense of justice and likes to plan down to the last second. So, it doesn’t come as a surprise to most fans when Dwight talks about how he would like to rest in peace once he is deceased. However, to everybody else, this is a very on-brand and weird quote from Dwight.

Dwight Schrute is a one-of-a-kind, eccentric character. He is proud of his German lineage and is obsessed with martial arts. He frequently takes part in prank wars with his colleague, Jim. Fans know that only Dwight can truly understand Dwight.

It is already established that Dwight’s mind works in mysterious ways. It is not above him to attach meaning to something that has no meaning. Bizarre comparisons are one way in which he showcases his innate creativity, coming off as weird more often than not. The above quote is a perfect embodiment of Dwight’s weird train of thought.

Creed is one of the whackiest characters on The Office. Leave it to him to say something completely wild and out-of-context, often changing the tone of the conversation as well as the atmosphere.
