Like everyone else on The Vampire Diaries, Bonnie had a killer sense of style. Here are her best and worst outfits in the series.

Bonnie Bennett, who is played by Kat Graham, is a Mystic Falls witch who comes from a long line of Salem witches. Through her lengthy time on The Vampire Diaries, this character has grown in both personality, and even fashion choices. While not every outfit was out of this world, there were definitely some ensembles that made her more powerful in appearance compared to others.

From her everyday wear to one of the best costumes at a Mystic Falls time period dance, here is a look at the spunky witch’s best and worst outfits throughout her time on CW’s The Vampire Diaries.

10 Best: Hues of Everyday Comfort

The soft gray and pink colors blend well together to create a very comforting and comfortable vibe. With all of the teenage drama, supernatural drama, and high school drama, even a Mystic Falls witch needs her downtime, and this outfit is the perfect ensemble to lounge around in while looking fashionably comfy.

9 Worst: Bonnie’s Green Witchy Dress

Perhaps this outfit choice is a tad on the nose, even for The Vampire Diaries. While the green color is complementary to Bonnie’s complexion, the style of dress is a bit drab compared to other outfit choices Bonnie wears. Perhaps if the outfit was spruced up with various jewelry or maybe a cute belt, this dress would have been better.

Even Bonnie doesn’t look happy in this dress.

8 Best: Sleeves and Short Shorts

Bonnie looks like a fierce urban warrior in this outfit with her hair curled. This outfit really shows her inner strength as a witch and friend to Elena and Caroline. It’s safe to say she surely rocks this look, even if it looks like it is straight out of the Shadowhunters television show.

7 Worst: Poised In Purple Paisley

First of all, Bonnie looks great in the color purple and it really adds to her regal aesthetic. It is not the color that is problematic, but rather the pattern. Paisley is an older pattern that was popular in the 1960s. And it should stay there.

As modern as Bonnie is in terms of motivations and perceptions of life, the paisley print simply does not suit her.

6 Best: The Jean Jacket

Every Young Adult heroine needs a jean jacket in their life, and Bonnie is no exception. When she wears this jacket, she wears it like a fashionable piece of teenage armor. Her haircut perfectly compliments the jacket, as well, since it is short enough to not only frame Bonnie’s face but to also accentuate the jean garb.

5 Worst: Bonnie’s Summer Straps

While the look is apt for summertime, it makes Bonnie look not as put together as her personality is. While the colors are vibrant and show her spunky attitude, there is something missing regarding this easygoing look.

While this is a practical summertime dress, it’s not her best look.

4 Best: Bonnie Bennet Meets Daisy Buchanan

Mystic Falls High School had a knack for historical, time-period themed dances from the 1970s to the Civil War Era, so when the 1920s dance came around, Bonnie looked her best in a black, fringy flapper dress. With the bold color and loads of sparkle, Daisy Buchanan of The Great Gatsby would love Bonnie’s dress, that’s for sure.

3 Worst: The Elena Gilbert Copycat

When the two walked side by side, it became apparent that Bonnie’s outfit looked like she snagged it from Elena’s closet. Elena Gilbert is known as a character with a very modest, teenage style of fashion. Katherine didn’t look good copying Elena and unfortunately neither did Bonnie, whether it was intentional or not. While Elena’s style is not necessarily bad, it just doesn’t fit Bonnie.

There is only one Elena (if you forgive the doppelganger complex), and Bonnie looks better with her own fierce style.

2 Best: Bonnie’s High School Cap And Gown

Every highschooler deserves to wear their own cap and gown at graduation. Given the struggles that Bonnie faced throughout her high school career (supernatural and not), audiences can agree that this Mystic Falls witch donned her cap and gown with pride. Per the norm of Young Adult television dramas, the show focused more on the personal lives of the teenagers, rather than their academic pursuits, but needless to say, the outfit was much deserved for Ms. Bonnie Bennet.

1 Worst: Dingy and Disheveled Tops

This outfit does not do justice to the regal and poised persona that Bonnie gives off. This outfit choice, though maybe trying to show Bonnie as a struggling character, which of course she struggled at times (every character did), simply looks mismatched and disheveled.
