WWE has debuted the first trailer for the upcoming Netflix sitcom The Big Show Show, which stars the World’s Largest Athlete Paul Wight, aka The Big Show.
The trailer centers on Wight’s life post-WWE, which includes his struggle to raise three teenage daughters. It even features a surprise appearance from Jaleel White, who’s claim to fame is playing Urkel on Family Matters.
Announced in July 2019, The Big Show Show is a half-hour family comedy that was greenlit for a 10-episode season. In it, Wight plays a fictionalized version of himself whose life is shaken up when his teenage daughter moves in with him, his wife and his other two daughters.
Netflix’s official synopsis for The Big Show Show is below:
Former WWE wrestler The Big Show is out of the ring and ready for an even tougher challenge: raising three daughters with his wife in Florida.
Written by Josh Bycel and Jason Berger, The Big Show Show stars Wight, along with Allison Munn as Wight’s wife and Reylynn Caster, Juliet Donenfeld and Lily Brooks O’Briant as his three daughters. The series arrives on Netflix April 6.
