Her love life was complicated and this heart song ended with Zoey, who is played by Jane Levy, becoming a good friend which is why this was one she should not have ignored.

9 Should Have Ignored: Autumn

Autumn was the barista at the local coffee shop who Zoey decided to help by convincing Max to go on a date with her. She desired to find love, but it all ended in a ball of fire when Max dumped her and broke her heart. Zoey should have stayed out of this situation as she set her up for failure since she already knew that Max had feelings for her.

Mitch is Zoey’s father and his condition left him mute and unable to fully communicate with those around him. Zoey served as the in-between for her father as she helped him connect with his mother when she failed to understand what he wanted and needed. Bonnie was the shut-in who had issues leaving her own apartment and Zoey heard her singing heart songs from inside of her apartment. She had dreams of traveling and going on adventures, but she lacked the courage to do so which is when Zoey stepped in to help.

It was Zoey’s perseverance that helped her to eventually leave her apartment and it was a huge step in the right direction. If it wasn’t for Zoey she never would have found it within herself to take this step and find it in herself to continue working toward a better life.

Mo is Zoey’s best friend and this is one person whose heart songs should have been ignored, especially since he knew about her special powers. He even stated how he didn’t want her meddling in his affairs and it wasn’t fair of her to mess with his life. She took it too far when she followed him to church, even if it was one of the best episodes, and it only grew worse when she began meddling with his relationship with Eddie.

2 Needed Help: Howie

Howie was having issues with his daughter, who is deaf, as he doesn’t believe she is capable of traveling overseas with her condition. Zoey steps in to try and help him out and she does as she talks with his daughter and comes up with a plan to help her convince her father she will be fine. It is because of her meddling that they were able to rebuild their relationship as they came to an understanding with her help.

1 Should Have Ignored: Emily

Emily is her brother’s pregnant wife and this is another heart song she should have ignored as she crossed over boundaries that she never should have come close to touching. It caused tension in the relationship with her brother and caused more issues for him with his wife as his fears about their unborn child were revealed. The couple fought even more after she stepped up to help and the pair would have solved their issues eventually on their own anyways.
