Unpredictable, mysterious, and overly emotional and ambitious, a Gemini is a zodiac sign that march to the beat of their own drum. Although some Gemini qualities are great for achieving your goals and standing out, if those qualities are found in the wrong person, it can make for an ideal villain.
Looking back at some of the greatest movie villains, we have made a list of all the great Gemini villains. Either they’re born Geminis or they display strong qualities of a Gemini.
10 Draco Malfoy – Harry Potter Franchise
Starting off the list is a character that had one of the most interesting and complex character arcs in the entire Harry Potter series. Born on June 5th, Malfoy was born a Gemini and as the bully turned somewhat friend to Harry at the end he displays a lot of the qualities.
He’s arrogant, spoiled, and very ignorant, making condescending remarks to those he sees as lower than him. He’s harmless beyond his remarks, and he has been known to be emotional, displaying uncertainty to who he wants to be.
9 Jack Torrance – The Shining (1980)
As one of the most well-known villains on this list, we’ve seen many sides to Jack Torrance. He’s a loving and caring father, always tending to his kid’s needs and doing what’s best for them.
He also has a crazy psychopath with an urge to kill that he can’t help. He often finds it hard to balance the two and that struggle is shown throughout the movie.
8 Freddy Krueger – Nightmare On Elm Street Franchise
Born on June 6th this nightmare inducing monster has many sides to him. He’s sometimes comical in his approach, sometimes he’s truly terrifying.
As a true Gemini, he’s ambitious and he has his mind set on killing and being the most feared creature ever. When he’s not feared, he is literally made weaker and less intimidating.
7 Hades – Hercules (1997)
As the lord of the underworld, Hades is used to getting what he wants, when he doesn’t…it’s a bad day for everyone. Prone to emotional explosions, Hades is a hard guy to please and a very hard man to give bad news to.
Beyond his lack of controlling emotions, Hades is a master planner and he’s charismatic, despite his terrifying looks.
6 Jason Vorhees – Friday The 13th Franchise
Born June 13th, Jason wasn’t always the mysterious and terrifying hockey mask wearing killer. He started off as a troubled youth before a prank got him killed, now he vows his revenge by killing teens that dare to cross him.
As someone who literally never talks, Jason is a very hard monster to read and one has a never ending drive to kill every teen he sees.
5 Harvey Dent – The Dark Knight (2008)
Harvey Dent had a fall from grace that heavily effected those who knew him. Before his horrible accident and death of his love, Harvey was an honest lawyer, with a knack for pissing off the bad guys and taking unnecessary risks to find justice.
After his accident he became a truly terrifying foe for Batman, being more reckless than ever and killing anybody who falls on the wrong side of luck.
4 Hans – Frozen (2013)
Hans was the biggest plot twist in the first Frozen, starting off as the charming prince, with a good heart and charm that wowed Anna at first sight. He knew how to manipulate the girls to look like the knight in shining armor and he exposes himself as the villain all along.
He’s selfish, arrogant, and he’s truly evil, forcing the sisters against each other and he’s even willing to kill to get what he wants.
3 Loki – Avengers Infinity Saga
There is no character in the MCU that change his allegiance more than the God of Mischief, Loki. Starting off as the villain in the first Avengers and then teaming up with them later on to save the world, before betraying them again.
He’s sneaky, manipulative, and careless, but also has been seen caring and protective of his big brother. He’s the villain we all love more than we hate.
2 Arthur Fleck – Joker (2019)
The Joker is Batman’s greatest villain, unpredictable, unstable, and very free-spirited. In Joker, we got to see the origin of The Joker and how he became the agent of chaos that regularly terrorizes Gotham.
We saw another side to Arthur Fleck, the caring, sincere, and awkward phase that we’ve never seen from the Joker before.
1 Frank Abagnale Jr. – Catch Me If You Can (2002)
The famous conman that inspired this movie was a Gemini in it’s purest form. He’s smart, sneaky, and can play any role with confidence and moxie.
We saw many sides to Frank Abagnale, we saw him as a teacher, a pilot, a lawyer, and his ability to blend in made him a hard target to find.
