TV too has become ground zero for comic book properties with superhero shows such as The Flash, Arrow and Supergirl gaining a huge following.

From procedurals like iZombie and Lucifer to quality dramas like Legion and Preacher, TV has slowly been filled with comic book entities that go beyond the generic superhero mumbo jumbo of the superhero films. And with shows like The Walking Dead providing huge ratings, it’s no wonder that more and more networks are planning to adapt comic books as TV shows. Netflix and Hulu already host a number of comic book based content and Amazon is looking to get in the ring as well by adapting a well known series as well.
