Batman V Superman Mobile Game & Emojis Revealed

The world is now less than a month away from experiencing the spectacle of Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice on the big screen, and the anticipation continues to steadily build. To that end, Warner Bros. has just released a brand new suite of mobile marketing products geared toward fans, including a mobile game based on the film and a line of themed Batman V Superman emojis.

Entitled simply Batman V Superman: Who Will Win?, the mobile game is basically a superhero-branded version of the Temple Run series, and features the player controlling either the Caped Crusader or the Man of Steel as they run, jump, and slide through a series of obstacles. Both characters even occasionally take to the skies (although only one of them can actually fly under his own power). There are also power-ups and other items to collect that improve ability stats and help each hero along their way. Batman V Superman: Who Will Win? is available on both iOS and Android, but those who don’t feel like playing on a mobile device can simply opt to play in their web browser of choice.

For those looking to add a little DC flavor to their social media accounts, an official set of Batman V Superman emojis are now available on Twitter. As you might expect, Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, and Lex Luthor all get their own, enabling fans to pledge their support for their favorite character in logo form. There is also a special #WhoWillWin emoji of the film’s combined logo for its two lead titans. Over on Facebook, a line of stickers has been released for the movie, featuring Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman expressing various sentiments in quasi-comic book style.

The Warner Bros. marketing blitz also includes a poll on their website where fans can vote for who they think will win the fight between the Dark Knight and the Last Son of Krypton, with each click entering the voter into a chance to win a prize pack for whichever hero they chose. All marketing aside though, the time is drawing near when the masses will finally get a definitive filmed answer to the question: Could Batman beat Superman in a fight?

Everyone has undoubtedly thought about the scenario at least once, as Batman and Superman have long been two of the most iconic fictional creations in modern American history. On one hand, the logical answer would seem to be Superman. After all, he has godlike powers and near invulnerability. On the other hand, there’s Batman/Bruce Wayne, a man with the money, intellect, and resources to make any possible anti-Superman defense mechanism he can think of into a reality. Plus, if someone were to give Batman some Kryptonite, Clark Kent’s flying alter ego would rapidly become too weak to do much butt kicking. Batman V Superman is truly a battle for the ages, and one moviegoers everywhere are finally going to get to see play out.

Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice opens on March 25th, 2016, followed by Suicide Squad on August 5th, 2016; Wonder Woman on June 23rd, 2017; Justice League Part One on November 17th, 2017; The Flash on March 16th, 2018; Aquaman on July 27th, 2018; Shazam on April 5th, 2019; Justice League Part Two on June 14th, 2019; Cyborg on April 3rd, 2020; and Green Lantern Corps. on June 19th, 2020.
