From spreading rumors and cheating to trying to sabotage one another, B and S certainly did some horrible things. And while they always forgave and came back together, let’s not forget these five things Blair did Serena and five things Serena did to Blair!

10 Serena To Blair: Stole Blair’s Answer That Could Have Helped Her Get Into Yale

While visiting Yale, Blair and Serena are invited to an event at the dean’s house, and at this event, Dean Baraby asks everyone who they would most like to have dinner with, if they could have it with anyone. Blair’s answer is going to be the dean’s favorite writer, George Sand, but Serena steals this answer and says it aloud first… even though she knows this is her best friend’s dream school.

9 Blair To Serena: Told The Dean Serena Killed Someone

In retaliation to Serena stealing her “George Sand” answer, Blair proceeds to tell Yale’s dean that Serena killed a man.

See, once, Georgina and a guy named Pete wanted to video Serena doing adult things, and Pete ended up overdosing. While this wasn’t exactly Serena’s fault, she was there, and she could have done more to try and save him. Blair knew this was a difficult moment from her friend’s past, yet she still wrote it down and said it aloud, in front of an important group at Yale.

8 Serena To Blair: Cheated With Nate

At the very beginning of Gossip Girl, Serena returns after having vanished. Part of why she left was because she hooked up with Nate Archibald, who was dating her best friend, Blair. While cheating sort of seems small when it is up against other not-so-great moments of this show (such as drugging people, spreading rumors, sending people to prison and lying about baby daddies), this definitely goes against girl code! Plus, she didn’t even explain herself or say goodbye to Blair; she just left.

7 Blair To Serena: Banished Her From Their Friend Group

When Serena returned and Blair found out about the cheating, she told everyone to ignore Serena; she pushed her out of their friend group, she told Nate not to talk to her, and she did not want anything to do with her.

However, since Nate is such a good guy, he wanted to meet up with Serena and explain what was going on, and when Blair found out about this, she ended up telling Dan, Serena’s new crush, just what kind of person S really was.

6 Serena To Blair: Bailed On Her Tradition With Blair

B and S had been friends for such a long time, which is how they were always able to forgive each other. However, this also meant that when they hurt one another, they really went deep. For instance, since Blair’s mom was a fashion designer, these two always watched runway shows during Fashion Week from backstage. But one year, Serena decided to sit on the front row with some influencers, like Poppy Lifton, instead.

5 Blair To Serena: Sent Serena Down The Runway In The Wrong Dress

Since Blair is mad at everyone during this episode, she sent all the models home who were supposed to walk in her mother’s show (to try and sabotage Jenny). This resulted in Serena, Poppy and their friends modeling the clothes instead.

To get back at her friend, Blair sends Serena down the runway in a dress that Jenny made. This could have been bad for so many people (especially for Eleanor Waldorf), and it was a very selfish move. It was Lily’s decision, in the first place, to have Serena sit on the front row, but these friends didn’t communicate or share their feelings at all… They just acted out and tried to hurt one another!

4 Serena To Blair: Harsh Words About Outshining Blair

After S and B made big, bold and bad moves, Blair did try to talk to Serena about her bailing on their tradition. Serena was not really listening, though. No, she was too busy saying some pretty harsh words…

She said that she always had to bend over backwards to try and protect Blair’s feelings. She called Blair insecure. She said she was going to be herself, whether Blair supported her or was just threatened and competitive. And she said she was tired of holding herself back so that she did not outshine Blair!

3 Blair To Serena: Harsh Words About Serena Being A Drug Addict

At another school event, Blair had her own harsh words to say about Serena.

B found out that S had been visiting The Ostroff Center, a rehab facility, and she decided to announce this in front of a bunch of college representatives. It turned out that Serena had only been going there to visit her brother, Eric, who had tried to take his own life. Serena took the fall, in front of the crowd, to protect Eric. And when the truth came out, Blair did seem to feel sort of bad about it all… So that’s good!

2 Serena To Blair: Showed Blair’s Future Mother-In-Law Gossip Girl

All of these characters mistakes were blasted out to the public via an anonymous blogger, Gossip Girl. And when Blair seemed to be finally getting her real-life, fit-for-a-princess, happily-ever-after moment, Serena tried to ruin it all with the blog.

Blair had fallen for a prince, Louis, and Serena showed his mother, Sophie Grimaldi, a bunch of Gossip Girl blasts. This caused Sophie to tell Louis that he couldn’t be with Blair. Later, though, he went against his mother’s wish and proposed. However, as true fans know, this relationship was not all it was cracked up to be anyway!

1 Blair To Serena: Put Serena’s Job At Risk

When Chuck was opening up a speakeasy, he ended up with a fake liquor license. At the same time, Serena was starting a new publicist job with a woman named KC.

It turned out that Chuck and Blair new the license was no good, so they called the cops on their own party. Why? Well, Serena and her new job had brought in a bunch of influencers and celebrities, who would garner a lot of attention for this new bar. The plan worked, but it put Serena’s job at risk.
