The Spider-Man films had fans scratching their heads with disbelief. Looking back at Peter’s character in the films, it’s hard to imagine that he was considered unwanted or nerdy. Even with the idea of superheroes existing and alien technology in the hands of bad guys, that wasn’t the most unrealistic part.

Fans’ felt bad for Peter in Spider-Man: Far From Home. He couldn’t catch a break between dealing with the grief of losing Stark and being betrayed by someone he trusted. There was also the fact that Peter looked worn down and had red puffy eyes for the majority of the film.
A moment happened amongst MCU fans calling to give Peter a break and to let him rest. Well, the call was answered but now how fans’ wanted. It was announced that Sony and Marvel would break up, putting Holland’s role as Spider-Man at risk. A new meme was made making fun of the fact that fans didn’t ask for that kind of break. Thankfully, Holland is here to stay.

If what occurred in Spider-Man: Far From Home wasn’t enough, the MCU had more in store in the post and mid-credit scenes. The shock came in the mid-credit scene when a video by Mysterio (Jake Gyllenhaal) has the public believe Spider-Man is bad and reveals his true identity.
The second scene shows that Fury (Samuel L.Jackson) and Hill (Cobie Smulders) in the film weren’t actually them but two Skrulls. The best way to describe fans’ reaction is this meme of Holland backstage as Peter looking at a monitor worried and beat up with Stark’s broken glasses.
