At the end of every month, Niantic releases a blog post stating all of their Pokémon GO events for the next month. For example, it revealed that players are able to purchase a weekly one PokéCoin Bundle in the shop for the entire month. This is still only a 5% chance, but that is still pretty high when compared to normal odds. While Shiny forms have been added to the game this month, no new legendary Pokémon have been announced just yet. However, there are still plenty of other Shiny Pokémon to encounter during the month of December.
