Kyle Richards from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills may be the star of the new movie The Housewives of the North Pole, but she isn’t the only housewife in the flick! Kyle’s acting roots go back to the original 1978 Halloween, in which she starred as the iconic character Lindsay Wallace as a little girl. Kyle went on to reprise the role of Lindsay in Halloween Kills in 2021. The housewife’s return to the big screen inspired her to pick up her career in Hollywood again and her latest project is celebrating another major holiday.

Kyle stars opposite Betsy Brandt in Peacock original The Housewives of North Pole as Trish and Diana, two besties turned rivals ahead of a holiday decorating competition in a New England town. The movie script definitely borrows from the petty catfights seen on Kyle’s RHOBH and other Housewives franchises. While Kyle’s Trish is the major player in the feud in the fictional North Pole town, some other housewives joined the cast to make some scene-stealing cameo appearances.

It turns out the North Pole is crawling with Bravolebrities. The Real Housewives of New York’s Sonja Morgan, The Real Housewives of Potomac’s Karen Huger, The Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Cynthia Bailey and The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City’s Lisa Barlow all made guest appearances in the movie. While all of the housewives showed off their hilarious acting chops, the guest roles weren’t too big of a stretch from the reality series for the ladies, who all starred as well-dressed women gossiping about the feud involving Kyle’s character.

Kyle opened up on The Daily Dish about her peers from Bravo joining in on the Christmas film. “I’m excited for them [The Real Housewives fans] to watch and all the Christmas movie lovers to watch and all the Betsy Brandt fans to watch. And I think they’re going to really enjoy this movie,” Kyle said. Both Karen and Sonja celebrated their cameos on social media, showing sneak peeks at their looks from the movie.

With the positive reaction to Kyle and the other ladies’ appearances in The Housewives of the North Pole, it seems the Real Housewives universe is always expanding. Fans can expect to see Kyle on the upcoming season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills after her appearance on the first-ever crossover series Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip. While there’s no telling when another Housewives-themed movie will come to Peacock, fans are patiently waiting for the upcoming season of RHUGT, due to bring even more cast members together across franchises.
