The complete list of patch notes for The Division’s day one update has been officially revealed, including numerous updates and fixes to the game on release.

Like many games these days, it seems The Division will be releasing with a day 1 patch. These patches are often used to correct any last-minute issues with the game, as well as making any changes that the developers think is necessary.

According to a statement from Ubisoft, the company received an overwhelming amount of feedback from the game’s open and closed beta testing periods. After the tests ended, the team at Ubisoft has reportedly been hard at work fixing problems and implementing improvements suggested by players. According to the patch details, there has been multiple visual improvements made to The Division, as well as entirely new features like the Inspect tool.

All the day one patch notes are listed below, signed with love from The Division’s developer team:

While one passionate fan successfully attempted to data mine these patch notes, it’s good to see that Ubisoft has confirmed the range of improvements that we saw a few days ago. These are just some of the changes that the publishers have made to the game if Ubisoft’s claim that they’ve fixed 10,000 bugs for the beta can be believed. At the very least, this list really helps to show how effective beta periods are to the fixing of modern titles.

With just one day left before the game’s release, we’re starting to get plenty of details coming out about the MMO-style shooter. One data miner has managed to get their hands on the total mission count, whilst another has leaked the game’s Destiny-style levelling system. It seems that The Division, much like Bungie’s popular FPS, may require a fair bit of grinding from its players but this shouldn’t be an issue, considering Destiny’s popularity.
