Werewolves exist to control and eradicate vampires. Therefore, each thinks of themselves highly and better than the other. In comparison to The Vampire Diaries and Klaus, there’s no contest.

Klaus is a hybrid. He has the immortality of a vampire, the physical prowess of a wolf and a two times greater strength level. Edward (Robert Pattinson) and Jacob (Taylor Lautner) couldn’t dream of taking on Klaus.
