Another bug has been found in Cyberpunk 2077 and this one reveals that main character V likes to drive around Night City without any pants on. This is just another in a very long line of bugs and performance issues that players have discovered throughout the game. Some of these bugs though have caused issues in the game, unlike the relatively harmless hilarity of this pantsless driving glitch.

Players discovered bugs and glitches almost immediately after Cyberpunk 2077 was made available to the public. Those who picked up the game on the PlayStation 4 or Xbox One in particular experienced a wide array of different problems that at times have made Cyberpunk 2077 nearly unplayable. There have been frame rate drops, graphical bugs, and even game crashes. Despite Cyberpunk 2077’s very long production, it may have needed another delay before it was ready to be played.

Luckily, not all of these bugs led to serious gameplay issues. Polygon reports that quite a few players are experiencing an issue where V is either pantsless or completely naked while driving. To make this glitch even more hilarious, players are able to see this because their characters are getting stuck in the infamous T-pose while driving vehicles. This in turn shows V’s rear end poking out of the roof of the vehicle. Others have experienced a similar issue while operating motorcycles, but rather than T-posing, V’s clothing has just been removed entirely while driving. Images are below, but keep in mind that they are slightly NSFW.

These bugs are such a wide spread issue currently, and many assumed that most of the problems would have been fixed due to the several delays that Cyberpunk 2077 experienced. The game was originally announced all the way back in 2012, but an official release date wasn’t given until 2019. Cyberpunk 2077 was supposed to release in April of 2020, but it was delayed several times over the course of the year. Both times it was delayed, CD Projekt Red stated that the game was finished, but that more time was needed to iron out bugs. It is now clear that the company was either not completely truthful about the state of the game or there were many more bugs than anyone could have anticipated.

Whenever a video game developer releases a large open world video game, there are most definitely going to be bugs present. Even with all of the time and money in the world it would be nearly impossible to catch everything, but Cyberpunk 2077 has experienced more issues than most. It remains to be seen if CD Projekt Red can fix some of these problems in the coming weeks.
