A user on Reddit shared a video montage of the most ridiculous kills they’ve managed to pull off in Grand Theft Auto Online while riding a BMX bike. Of course, GTA Online players never run out of ways to show off their unique skills in-game. Throughout the last several days alone fans of the ever-popular multiplayer suite have put the game’s inner workings to the test by going on no-hands joyrides, imitating Ghost Rider with a flaming motorcycle, and making the most of hilarious glitches.

Unfortunately, for some, the fun will soon come to a halt, given that Rockstar Games recently announced plans to shut down Grand Theft Auto Online for PS3 and Xbox 360 consoles later this year on December 16. Such a change will be implemented more than eight years after the online mode went live for the systems in October 2013. Thus, the end of an era peaks over the horizon, but Rockstar has promised to continue supporting the multiplayer offering on PC, PS4, and Xbox One. And PS5 and Xbox Series X|S players can expect to hop into an enhanced version of GTA Online this fall.

Appropriately named Reddit user GTAStunting shared a one-minute video montage of kills performed on a BMX bike in GTA Online. The first stunt sees the player biking up a ramp, skillfully nailing a wall-ride, then soaring over a rooftop, machine gun in hand, to take out another nearby GTA Online user. A different clip shows the BMX master performing a similar move on someone else; instead of a ramp, however, a quick jump and rail grind on a bridge serves as their launching point. Much later in the video, the biker defies logic and physics yet again in a glorious stunt that ends with them and their trusty machine gun eliminating someone in a tank.

As always, it’s neat to see how some fans make use of GTA Online’s gameplay mechanics. Nearly eight years after its original launch and players continue to find new ways to entertain themselves and others. It’s no wonder GTA V keeps selling like hot cakes, with over 145 million units sold.

Though GTA Online hasn’t received an update of consequence since December 2020’s Cayo Perico Heist, fans are in for a treat this summer. Rockstar’s summer update plans include new Survival maps and the return of Deadline mode. Barring next-gen updates, there’s currently no word on what else the studio may have up its sleeve for the rest of the year.
