The player should have the Memento Lens item that is required to find the underwater teleport. In the “Cleansing Defilement” quest, players are tasked with activating electro totems in the area. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to unlock the Underwater Teleport.

• Step 1: Make it to the “Cleansing Defilement” world quest. Here, players will need to bring along an Electro character.
• Step 2: The mission will task the player with shocking 4 totems in the area. They can all be found on the northern end of the island.
• Step 3: After shocking them all, players will be able to interact with a cube to unlock access to an underground dungeon.
• Step 4: Head inside and begin to scan the fox statues in the area with the Memento Lens. Once they are all scanned, panels will open on the ground.
• Step 5: There will be another electro puzzle in the area. Solve it to head into the flooded corridor.
• Step 6: In this room, players will find a staircase. Head to the top of it to find another electric puzzle that will drain the water in the room.
• Step 7: This will unlock access through a circular doorway. Head inside and players will be able to find the Underwater teleport.

This is essential for getting around the region faster. Players may want to return back to this location to gather items or resources. Overall, collecting every waypoint is the best way to progress through the game.
