Love Death & Robots Season 2 Cast Guide For Every Episode

Although animation is at the forefront of Netflix’s Love, Death and Robots, the series wouldn’t be complete without a talented voice cast. Of course, without faces to go with names, it might be a little hard to place some of the actors and actresses.

Love, Death and Robots, a science-fiction anthology created by David Fincher and Tim Miller, moved away from R-rated content in season 2, taking a closer look at ethical issues. The eight-episode season includes a range of stories addressing the nature of survival, immortality, and civilization. There are far fewer sex scenes than there were in season 1, although there’s still a fair amount of gore.

The cast is comprised of about 40 voice actors, some of whom pull double duty by voicing characters in two different episodes. The amount of dialogue in each short varies. The 13-minute short “The Drowned Giant” features near-constant narration, while episode 7, “Life Hutch,” features only a few lines by Hollywood superstar Michael B. Jordan. Many of the voice actors in Love, Death, and Robots are known for their work on video games or in supporting roles on live-action TV shows. Of course, there are always a few surprises.
