X Drake is the Captain of the Drake Pirates and one of the members of the Worst Generation in One Piece. He arrived at Sabaody Archipelago with a bounty of 222 million berries, and it’s likely increased by quite a lot over the time-skip.
Although a member of the Navy secret SWORD unit, he is a part of the Flying Six of the Beasts Pirates, making him extremely powerful. With admirable control over Haki and an Ancient Zoan Allosaurus Devil Fruit, Drake is quite difficult to defeat in a fight.
10 Sanji
Sanji is a member of the Straw Hat Pirates and a part of the Monster Trio. He has a bounty of 330 million berries on his head, making him an extremely dangerous pirate in his own right. Sanji is very skilled when it comes to fighting with his feet and his prowess with Haki is incredible.
With the Raid Suit on, he’s strong enough to take on any member of the Tobiroppo and defeat them.
9 Roronoa Zoro
The second-strongest member of the Straw Hat Pirates, Zoro is quite a strong swordsman who relies on the power of the Three-Swords Style, combined with great Haki in combat.
After mastering the usage of Enma, Zoro is now exceptionally powerful and likely stronger than the Tobiroppo, just like Sanji. Although the true extent of his powers isn’t known, he’s definitely stronger than X Drake.
8 Who’s Who
Who’s Who is a member of the Flying Six, just like X Drake and he also appears to be a rival of Queen the Plague. Who’s Who is portrayed to be the strongest of all the Tobiroppo, which would mean he’s stronger than Drake as well.
His Devil Fruit powers are unknown at the moment, however, he’s theorized to be a user of the Ancient Zoan Smilodon Devil Fruit. Just like most top-tier pirates, he likely has great control over Haki as well.
7 Eustass Kid
Kid is the Captain of the Kid Pirates and a Worst Generation member, just like Drake. He currently has a bounty of 470 million berries placed on him, which just goes to show how dangerous he really is.
Kid’s strength as a pirate is tremendous and he’s known to be a user all the three Haki types. Furthermore, Kid also has a Devil Fruit that allows him to control magnetism.
6 Trafalgar Law
Law captains the Heart Pirates and is a member of the Worst Generation as well. For quite some time, he was also one of the Shichibukai, although he left that position after allying with Monkey D. Luffy.
Law has a bounty of 500 million berries on his head and his strength as a pirate is said to be incredible. He’s got the powers of the Ope Ope no Mi and decent control over two Haki types. Without a doubt, he’s stronger than Drake.
5 Denjiro
Denjiro is a member of the Akazaya Nine and a retainer of the Kozuki clan. As one of Oden’s most loyal samurai, Denjiro is tremendously powerful. After the Hour of the Legends, Denjiro has grown even stronger and his strength definitely surpasses that of a Tobiroppo.
He’s a skilled Ryou user and his mastery of the samurai arts is said to be incredible. In his brief clash with Zoro in the Rasetsu district, he proved to be superior of the two.
4 Ashura Doji
Another one of Oden’s samurai, Ashura Doji is also one of the Akazaya Nine who fought alongside Kozuki Oden 20 years ago. He’s an extremely powerful samurai, said to be the strongest man in Wano Country by many.
Ashura was able to overwhelm Jack in combat when the two fought in Okobore Town in Kuri. As such, it’s quite easy to see that he’s stronger than Drake.
3 Queen
Queen is known to be a Calamity of the Yonko Kaido and is one of his three right-hand men. He has a bounty of 1.32 billion berries placed on him which indicates the extremely high level of danger that he poses to the World Government.
As a fighter, Queen is far above the level of X Drake. He is likely a user of at least two Haki types and on top of that, has the power of the Ancient Zoan Brachiosaurus Devil Fruit as well.
2 King
Kaido’s strongest subordinate and one of his three right-hand men, King is a very powerful character whose Devil Fruit powers allow him to transform into a Pteranodon and its hybrid at will.
He’s strong enough to take on most One Piece characters and beat them, X Drake being no exception to that. King’s true power hasn’t been revealed yet, but he’s likely as strong as Charlotte Katakuri.
1 Monkey D. Luffy
Luffy is among the strongest pirates in the One Piece world currently and he has a bounty of 1.5 billion berries to show for it. With the powers of the Gomu Gomu no Mi and advanced Haki usage, Luffy is easily above the level of X Drake and any other Supernova, for that matter.
He was able to defeat Charlotte Katakuri during the Whole Cake Island arc of the series and right now, he’s already above the level of a Yonko First Mate.
