The Challenge 10 Female Competitors Who Havent Won But Deserve To

MTV’s long-running reality TV competition series The Challenge is a unique show in large part because players are often brought back for multiple seasons (in fact, Challenge legend Johnny Bananas holds the record at a whopping 20 seasons on the show). And as such, there are a lot of players who play the game many times, but still don’t manage to eke out a win.

There have been a lot of badass women on The Challenge who have come close to winning but have never actually gotten the gold. Which female competitors deserve a win the most, despite never getting it?

10 Natalie Anderson

Natalie Anderson has only made her Challenge debut in the most recent season, Double Agents. However, even in her brief tenure on the series, she proved that she’s here to play.

After her unfortunate early exit this season, it’s unclear whether she’ll be back, but Challenge fans are certainly hoping to see her again. And given her epic performance on Survivor and her overall skill set, it seems like she has a great shot at a future win.

9 Kailah Casillas

Kailah Casillas might not have the mentality of a Challenge champ quite yet, but she likely has it in her to actually pull out a win if her luck is right.

Her performance in the final for Vendettas was certainly lacking, but if she can pull herself together and not panic when things aren’t going her way, she’d have a much better chance of actually becoming a Challenge winner.

8 Tula “Big T” Fazakerley

Both on-screen and off, everyone seems to love Big T. She might have a tiny stature, but she makes up for it with a huge amount of heart.

Her social game is more than enough to carry her towards the end of any season, and honestly, given her performance in Double Agents so far, it’s entirely possible that she’s not the layup that many people might assume she is.

7 Sylvia Elsrode

A lot of current and former Challenge players deserve to win The Challenge for a multitude of different reasons, but Sylvia deserves to win one because she was essentially robbed of her win in Final Reckoning.

Sylvia and Joss’ experience on that season is an object lesson in why people should never take anyone at their word when a million dollars is on the line, but Sylvia really deserves a second shot at a win.

6 Nany Gonzalez

A lot of people who wind up winning a season of The Challenge win it because of dumb luck, and a lot of perennial losers lose because luck isn’t on their side. Nany clearly falls into the latter category.

While she’s never been able to hang with the scariest girls on the series, she has never been a weak player, and when she’s paired with the right teammate, she’s done downright awesome.

5 Aneesa Ferreira

Aneesa has been killing it on The Challenge for nearly two decades now, and while she can be hit or miss in dailies, she’s still a force to be reckoned with.

She’s made finals a few times and she’s known as an elimination beast, and the fact that she single-handedly won the first challenge on Double Agents and beat top-tier Tori in an elimination shows that she’s still got it. She might not ever pull out a win, but she deserves one.

4 Theresa Gonzalez-Jones

After last appearing in season 26 of The Challenge, Theresa Gonzalez-Jones finally returned for season 36, Double Agents. And although she took quite a long break, she once again proved why she’s one of the best female competitors to never win a Challenge (or at least win one yet) when she and Jay absolutely destroyed the mini-final challenge.

Theresa has often been matched up with bad partners and a lot of the other girls have wanted to get her out of the game because of her endurance skills, but under the right circumstances, she could win.

3 Tori Deal

As a Challenge competitor, Tori Deal’s biggest weakness actually seems to be that she gets flustered easily and isn’t great at strategizing on the fly.

However, her physical capabilities are more than enough to get her to a final, and in the finals that she’s made, she’s performed very well. Given that she’s made the final on 2 out of her 5 seasons, it seems like a future final win is likely, but just hasn’t happened yet.

2 Jenna Compono

Jenna Compono has certainly earned her nickname of “Barbie Beast,” and despite her outward appearance as a ditz who’s just there to have a good time, her ability to perform on The Challenge is extremely impressive.

She’s already managed to make three finals despite being paired with relatively weak or under-performing players in each instance, and if Jenna ever found herself competing with a top-tier player or on her own, she could probably win it all.

1 Kam Williams

Kam has only been on five seasons of The Challenge so far, but even with that being considered, the fact that she hasn’t won yet is almost weird. She’s borderline impossible to defeat in an elimination, she’s great at daily challenges, she’s a well-rounded player with no real weaknesses, and she has either been a major political player or straight-up run the game in every season she’s been on.

Unless she quits the show, a win seems like an inevitability for her.
