The Eleventh Doctor set himself apart from his other incarnations with this signature tagline that stuck with him throughout the series. He first shouted the word right after the Tenth Doctor had regenerated which proved traumatic for the Tardis.
While the new Doctor marveled at his fresh new physical features, the Tardis burst into flames and proceeded to fall out of the sky. It didn’t seem to faze this newest Doctor very much, as he went along with the joyride with excitement.

The Eleventh Doctor was never at his most vulnerable moment as he was when Amy Pond decided to allow a Weeping Angel to “kill” her. After Rory was ambushed in a cemetery, she and the Doctor spotted the culprit Angel waiting for the opportunity to strike again. Realizing that Rory had been transported back through time, she made the tough decision to leave the Doctor and be with him by allowing herself to be attacked as well.
The Eleventh Doctor knew that this would create a fixed point in time that would prevent him from seeing her again, and pleaded with her to reconsider. In the end, Amy said her goodbyes before the Angel attacked, leaving the Doctor distraught and in tears.
